My goal was to create the look and feel of an old abandoned factory. I started with making all individual and modular parts. It made my life easier when I was building the actual structure in UDK. It is very easy to create a building and add some variation with all the modular pieces. For the complete scene, I used 1 2048×2048 diffuse, normal and specular map.
