A collision deformer for Maya that I wrote in C++.
Next to collision calculation it also has “dynamic weights” calculation, based on collision strength, to drive the weights of one or more deformers in your scene.
In this example I show you how to set up the deformer and create “volume preservation” when colliding.
This is one example with a cluster, but any deformer (blendshape, lattice,…) can be connected and driven based on collision behavior.
